We are thrilled to have Chef Jim join the staff at the Inn at Stockbridge as our new breakfast chef.
Jim has been offering guests at the Inn some wonderful breakfast treats.
He is holding a wonderful savory french toast the he introduced yesterday. Bacon, Arugula and Tomato French Toast with a garlic vinaigrette. Guests loved it. Jim has also prepared a baked oatmeal casserole with fresh berries as well as wonderful strata, fritattas and great baked goods.
He is even willing to share his recipes.
